Inn Valley motorway A12 - exit "Zillertal", state road B169 to Mayrhofen, Tux state road to Hintertux. (motorway exit "Zillertal" to Hintertux, until the district of Lanersbach, approx. 48 km).
The Tux state road connecting Mayrhofen and Hintertux (Lanersbach) is well accessible throughout the year. Snow chains are required in case of black ice or heavy snowfall.
BY TRAIN
Express train station: Jenbach/Tirol, then by "Zillertalbahn" services (train or bus) to Mayrhofen, and by bus from Mayrhofen to Hintertux.
